Need a 100kcal desert
Have you tried apple purée and light Creme fraiche. Peel and core 1 kg of apples. I prefer cooking apples. Chop and place in a saucepan with a splash of water. Add 3 - 4 table spoons of sugar to taste. For me Demerara works. Boil until softened and purée with a potato masher. Store in a container in the fridge. It's ready…
