I am addicted to snow peas! (Not sugar snap peas the these are thinner) A new found love. The only way I've made them is heat them up in oven for about 5 mins and dip them in low fat ranch dressing. What are some other ways you guys eat them?
1 cup skim milk 1/4- 1/2 cup rolled oats 1 teaspoon peanut butter (or more if you prefer) 1 scoop slim rite powder mix- chocolate Few ice cubes Throw everything into blender until smooth. Very yummy. Enjoy! 348 cals keeps you full for hours and good to have before a workout
