Healthy chocolate peanut butter shake

1 cup skim milk
1/4- 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon peanut butter (or more if you prefer)
1 scoop slim rite powder mix- chocolate
Few ice cubes

Throw everything into blender until smooth. Very yummy. Enjoy!
348 cals keeps you full for hours and good to have before a workout

    Any chocolate protein powder will work too. 1 scoop.

    Just a little tid bit if u want to cut calories I use pb2 and almond milk! Pretty much my breakfast staple
