In case some people weren't aware of this delicious trick, I figured I would share it because it is amazing. One banana, 2 eggs and some cinnamon is optional. 223lbs now. I've lost 2lbs this week. In October I got down to 213 from 240 after my daughter was born ( long story) and then fell off track. Really bad. My goal is to get under 200lbs. I'm 5'3.
