Healthy pancakes!

In case some people weren't aware of this delicious trick, I figured I would share it because it is amazing. One banana, 2 eggs and some cinnamon is optional. Mix it all together (some small chunks are fine) and heat up a skillet, use coconut oil or another preferred oil on the skillet, and cook just as you would pancakes! They taste like banana pancakes! You can even blend some blueberries/strawberries and heat in the microwave for your syrup :)
