I find it hard to believe...
...that a 5-8 male who weighs 260 pounds will lose 2 lbs per week on 2400 calories like MFP says is my calorie goal. That would mean that 3400 would be maintenance. Seems high.

A little confused about something...
Hopefully I can state this clearly. I'll try to avoid being overly wordy and just state a simple question... To lose the two pounds per week I'm aiming for , am I supposed to eat up to my goal calories allotted by MFP? Or do I need to aim for eating 1000 less than my goal, which would be 1400 (2400-1000)?

Struggling On The Weekends
I'm frustrated tonight. The recent trend is that I'm doing very well through the week, averaging a deficit of about 500-750 per day.
