I've been running in the mornings, usually 3 to 5 miles 5 days a week and a longer run on the weekends. Using spreadsheet to track success.
I began a spreadsheet 3 years ago tracking weight, BMI, body fat and various other stats. It has helped me see where I've come from and at times where I've fallen back into bad habits.
