I have a routine when it comes to working out for a weight loss however when I miss one day it ends up being 3 days and I I'm sure of how to get back on track and stay on track.
Monday- Friday 30min country heat dancing I would like to include Squats, J.Jacks, Planks, crunches, on a regular basis but I'm unsure of how many minutes I should go per exercise. Monday Wednesdays Fridays upper body Tuesdays Thursdays lower body with the combination of a 30 minute dance DVD Monday through Friday?
Working out 5 days a week 1) jumping jacks 2) lunges 3) planks 4) squats 5)push-ups I know to complete 3sets, but I'm not sure on how many reps I should do.. can someone help me??
