My schedule-ADVICE HELP

Monday- Friday 30min country heat dancing

I would like to include Squats, J.Jacks, Planks, crunches, on a regular basis but I'm unsure of how many minutes I should go per exercise.


Monday Wednesdays Fridays upper body Tuesdays Thursdays lower body with the combination of a 30 minute dance DVD Monday through Friday?

    There are loads of HIIT workouts online, why not run through one of those a couple of times per week?

    HASFIT, Fitness Blender, The Bodycoach TV are all great Youtube channels

    Without knowing what you want to achieve, it's a difficult question to answer.
