Okay so it's been a full month or 4 full weeks I have been training for 5 to 6 days a week. Strength AND cardio and I've lost 6 lbs. I can see muscle definition and it makes me happy. Someone told me I was being restrictive and I'm over working and undereating which is why I'm not leaning out more. I need someone to help…

What is something that is high in protein and low in carbs and fat? I find that I'm typically lacking protein at the end of the day even after i have tried to get enough....

How do you stay on track on the....
Ohhhhkay, so I do very well during the week...but somehow...on saturday I start off on the right foot and somewhere between lunch on saturday to supper on sunday I get lost in the process of logging my food and counting my macros... Does anyone else have this problem? What do you do to stay on track with your goals?
