My nutrition changed
So I've been losing WIEGHT And I enter it on here. All of a sudden my nutrition changed from 1630 cal a day to 1550. Protien 81 to 79... Is this suppose to happen? 1551.

I have been on a pretty good diet here recently. I wanted to get that under control before I started to work out. Im ready to go full force. I would like to know if P90X has worked out for anyone?
