Okay so most days I hit my SODIUM levels. But are like 400 calories down. Should I eat my calories and go over my sodium? Oshould

I second the request to open your diary. Tell us the types of food you eat each day.

All processed foods (Milk, cheese, frozen, mayo, salad dressings, mayo, ketchup, sauces and much much more) all are very high in sodium.

I see that you are 19. Eating your 400 calories if they are high in sodium and will not hurt you, but evaluating the types of foods that are high in sodium content is needed on a daliy basis. Eating a lot of salt/sodium enriched foods are not good long term.

I actually allow a lot less sodium per day than most and I eat low sodium every day.

I really don't eat that much processed foods.. I cut greasy food, fast food, most frozen foods, out of my diet. It might be the school lunch. What do you mean by open my diary?
