Week 9 and 9.5kgs gone!
9 weeks in and feeling great! Only 5.5kgs to get to my goal. With the use of MFP (and a few other apps and work out programs) I feel like my life is back on track The second photo show the change in my strength and flexibility- 9 weeks ago I couldn't get my legs past 90 degrees, today I touched the floor with my toes!

3 weeks in and hit the plateau
can someone shed some light please! I've been trying to eat better and exercise for 3 weeks now and have lost a little bit of weight but I've hit the plateau and can't seem to get past it. What can I do to help? With 2 young kids weighing all of my food in not practical! I'm starting to lose motivation :-/
