can someone shed some light please!
I've been trying to eat better and exercise for 3 weeks now and have lost a little bit of weight but I've hit the plateau and can't seem to get past it. What can I do to help? With 2 young kids weighing all of my food in not practical!
I'm starting to lose motivation :-/

One week without losing is not a plateau. Be patient, weight loss is not linear.

A plateau is 10 weeks of no losing, you're not there. Your profile says you've lost 12 pounds. WTG!
Regardless of the kids, make time to weigh your food. Also, pre-logging your day helps.

Tis not a plateau. Give it a week. If you don't lose anything, really you should start to weigh that food. I don't see how it's not practical even with two kids.

I just ' plateaued ' for a week, actually gained 2 lbs eating at a deficit. Meh, it happens, didn't really gain 'weight' just happens sometimes. Back to where I was a week ago. just keep it up
