Been dieting and working out with a trainer. The diet came from my trainer. Been at it for 2 months now and haven't dropped a single pound. I am feeling so frustrated. I have lost some inches but not enough. Am i not eating enough? My calorie intake is around 1300-1500. And I exercise 2x a day. I burn about 500 calories…
