Today I did 80 'floors' on my most dreaded equipment - the stair stepper in about 30 minutes. This was after doing leg day yesterday - 105 lb squats followed by 100lb on leg extensions and 105 lb deadlifts. And, really, my legs feel pretty good right now. Anyone tried calorie cycling?
I've been reading about calorie cycling - eating higher amounts for 2-3 days in the week, then lower amounts but keeping a total weekly goal.
