1 year down!

So, last July had to go to the doctor, and my blood pressure was high. I finally decided it was time to take charge of my health - I know what to do, just had to do it!
About mid August last year, I started tracking and getting back to healthy lifestyle - better eating, and more importantly for me, working out. Starting weight was 303, now I am 222! My blood pressure last July was 150/100, just checked a couple of weeks ago and was 117/84.
I feel so much better, can move and do so many more things than I could a year ago. It has been a long journey, and not over yet (still have ~45lbs to go). Looking at where I have come in the last year helps to keep me going!

You “did what you had to do” and knew what it was, too.
Boy, ain’t that the truth.
Great job. I love your midterm success story, and you are a success!
