Gotta celebrate

Today I did 80 'floors' on my most dreaded equipment - the stair stepper in about 30 minutes. This was after doing leg day yesterday - 105 lb squats followed by 100lb on leg extensions and 105 lb deadlifts.

And, really, my legs feel pretty good right now. Used to be the leg extension machine would keep me sore for 2 days!

I haven't done a good jog on the treadmill this week yet, likely will do so tomorrow. It's upper body day, so legs get a break until Friday.
