Working out after a concussion
ibknow this isn't really weight loss relates, but I suffered a bad concussion last weekend. Was just wondering if anyone here has had one and how long they took to start exercising again.

Do any of you "bank" your calories?
I try to bank calories throughout the week between eating in a larger deficit and exercise calories so I can treat myself on Saturday. Seems to be a good balance for me, anyone else?

do you go balls to the wall eating whatever you want or stay within calories strictly or maybe just have one cheat meal a day?

This is a newbie question, but whats the muscle weighs more than fat deal?
Wouldn't a pound of muscle and a pound of fat weigh the same? I'm thinking muscle may take up less "space", but does it actually really weigh more? This confuses me so much.

I stopped logging exercise, but I do 30 mins of cardio and about 15-20 mins of weights 5 days a week. Is anyone out there willing to just see what I'm eating and let me know of any critique/thoughts/tips?

SO SO FRUSTRATED
I feel like because I have so much to lose, I should be losing more. I posted yesterday how I was up a pound, well today I am down that exact pound, which is great, but I'm like 13 days in and only down 8 pounds. Newbie with a question re: calories
Hey Folks - so I had 649 calories left over yesterday and I'm up a pound this morning. Is there a correlation between the both? Do you HAVE to eat all of your calories? This was adding in my calories from exercising. I'm so discouraged because I was down a pound yesterday now back up there today. Any tips/advice?
