I ALMOST gave up........
It’s crazy to think about how the year is almost over and how I started the year thinking that I could never get this weight off and I might as well get surgery to now October 2017 over 60lbs down on my own and counting!!! I feel blessed I wanna cry because this is not easy and most people look down this path and walk away…

Fit bit causing swellling on wrist
I just got out the shower after a workout session and noticed where my Fitbit usually is a reddened area. Has anyone experienced this before? Doesn't hurt or anything

Do you skip meals?
I don't mean on purpose. For example today I got off work at 5 ran a few errands went to the gym and by the time I look up it's 830 .... I go to bed by 1030. Would you still have dinner late even tho your going to end up sleeping soon which I heard isn't good to do or do you just fast and lay it down for bed?

Loving me some Herbalife!!!
So I've tried meal replacements in the past but they stopped working I knew Herbalife would work and it has! I've lost over 15lbs since January.
