So lately, I just figured out the different between ounces and fluid ounces. Meaning I've been measuring my food wrong and I'm curios about the calories I've been in taking. 1 cup of ceral is 110 calories. It's tuna that was in a can with water. 2 ounces is 70 calories. There's nothing in it but 0 calorie mustard and lemon juice. I was wondering, does this look right? More or less

About how many calories is in this sandwhich?
So at home I made a nice healthy tuna salad (tuna, celery, corn, lemon juice and a tablespoon of mustard). I didn't have time to measure it this morning when I put it on a sandwich. I put the calories higher than ( I think) it should be. Does this look right? More or less? The sandwhich bread is only 90 calories for sure (:

So at home I made a nice healthy tuna salad (tuna, celery, corn, lemon juice and a tablespoon of mustard). I didn't have time to measure it this morning when I put it on a sandwich.
