Lost 20lbs, now gaining it back

Too little, and too much Calories
my diet usually consist of the same meals day after day, but the amount differs. 1,650 is my goal, sometimes I'm close, sometimes I'm not. Healthy lunch?
I eat a peanutbutter on wheat bread (I eat the correct serving) and some fruits almost every day for lunch, and sometimes for breakfast. My question is for you, it's that healthy for weight loss? It's quick, easy, and tasty!
