Healthy lunch?

I eat a peanutbutter on wheat bread (I eat the correct serving) and some fruits almost every day for lunch, and sometimes for breakfast. My question is for you, it's that healthy for weight loss? It's quick, easy, and tasty!

weight control is about energy (calorie) balance...so long as your peanutbutter isn't causing you to go over your calories, it doesn't matter. There is not particular food in and of itself that is "good" or "bad" for weight loss. It's all about energy (calories).

There's nothing wrong with a peanut butter sandwich.

If you like it and you're able to hit your calorie and nutrition goals for the day, then it sounds great!

If you are able to hit your calorie goals by eating it, it is healthy. If you aren't, it isn't.

You are getting a dairy serving or equivalent for dinner?
