Do not ear popcorn
Have been to ER twice since Friday. Today is Wednesday. Have an impacted intestine. Two enemas, twice being manually manipulated. They were able to remove some but still not able to move my bowels. Kernels are not processed. Very painful. Like being in labor for 5 days. Thought I found a healthy snack.

Only your dr. Can answer some of theses questions. My asthma got better during liquid diet phase. Your doctor will monitor you. I took 3 weeks off but probably could have gone back after two.
