It didn't happen right away. I'm 22 months out hand been eating popcorn for the last year. I didn't portion mine out so I am sure I overdid. But be careful.

It's definitely a blockage but was told that diverticulosis might be in my future
-
What do you do to keep from regaining? I'm two years out and find myself going off track. No regain yet but petrified it will start.
-
You must be very proud of yourself

My legs look like two empty Walmart bags. Still no regrets

January 26, 2015. Any twins or nearly twins, feel free to friend me.

I was a typical yo-yo dieter. Would lose 20 pounds, gain back 22. If you can do it without surgery and keep it off, great. I lost weight before surgery but I knew I needed help to lose more and keep it off.
-
I was told to take two Preceds (spelling), the 24 hour ones. One in am and one in pm. I can tell if I forget one.
-
Premier Protein is my favorite protein drink
-
They gave me pain pills after and never needed one of them. Once you're in the hospital everything happens so fast. You won't have time to get nervous. You'll do fine

There is a special forum onMyFitness for Bariatric people. Click on search icon and type in gastric bypass. It's a very helpful forum. Had my surgery January 26, 2015. Down 56 pounds

Had the sleeve January 26, 2015. Down 56 pounds. Premier protein is my favorite shake too. It's a big decision but go to as many support meetings you can. Talk to people who have had it.

You don't get as much fiber in juicing
-
Smoothies are very healthy as long as they aren't mostly fruit. You can find lots of recipes online. Try some with coconut water
-
I was told to eat more protein before my surgery to help with the healing after surgery
-
Add me too. Sleeved January 26. Lost 49 pounds so far. Currently hit a plateau. Not discouraged.

very good article. Wish I read that before my surgery. I'm not quite 3 months after surgery. Not very many issues. Like what you said about the exercise. Always thought I had to overextend myself at the gym and as you said, got sore, didn't have time to do the entire workout so didn't go as much. What you said makes a lot…

I do know that if I eat or drink too fast I have problems
-
Is it head- hunger. I didn't even want to swallow my saliva for a while. Lol. As long as you don't give in to it, things should fall into place.
-
I was told to take b12, calcium and a multivitamin with iron
-
Yes. Centrum for women puts out a chewable vitamin. Hard to find in stores. I found it on amazon. Make sure you get the women's and not the seniors. Seniors does not have iron.
-
Centrum makes a chewable.vitamin for women. Hard to find in stores. Finally found it on Amazon. The ones in stores I found did not have iron
-
Centrum for Woman has a chewable vitamin with iron. I was only able to get it on Amazon.
-
This is the exact opposite of what my doctor says. So who do we believe.?
-
I was upset about the wait before my surgery too. But now I'm glad it took so long. It's a big decision and having that time to think about it and learn everything I could about it helped a lot. Take this time to cut back on caffeine, soda and other foods you might not be able to have after.
-
Are you drinking your water? Are you eating enough? Too many carbs? Try going to the support groups.
-
I increased my water and that helped. Try eating slower. It will get better. Check with dr.
