This will seem like a silly question, but I want to know what people’s take is on adding those 10 calorie flavor packs to water? I personally feel like it’s cheating and I’m not really drinking my water. Would appreciate hearing thoughts on this. Thanks

Food scale newbie.
I've just started using a food scale. I've read a few times here that grams are a good measurement, so I started there. So far I can't figure out how to input the grams In to the food diary. Most entries are In Ounces. Is there a way to convert this in the app? How do you all input your food with your food scale info? TIA

Clicking knee

No food after 8pm
My question for you all is should I cut myself off after a certain time of day? I struggle with wanting snacks at night. No sure what will curb that. Maybe if I just growl it out until the morning I'll finally lose the weight. Lol Anyways, Thoughts and opinions appreciated. TIA
