Here is the comparison for those asking for specifics. Two slice of this bread is about 220 Cals. As for the roll I don't know what the specifics but it's about 6" long. I've been adding veggies to my eggs (mostly egg whites). Asparagus or peppers and onions. Sometimes spinach. And a slice of Swiss cheese. So far it's been filling.

Here's an idea I never considered to be an option until a few weeks ago. A Broccoli sandwich. Ciabatta or whole wheat bread. Broccoli steamed in a bit of garlic and some melted Motzarella over. Delish! Other than that I've been making lots of salads and wraps with different meat or fish options.
