  • All of you feel free to add me. Definitely needing the support. 31 mommy of 3 <3
  • Love the above post by merkavar!! I second it! Don't give up. Think of what you would normally have for meals and add a fruit or veggie and have it with water instead of what ever drink you normally have. Don't buy a bunch of food at once buy just what you need. I've noticed for myself I'd rather go to the market more…
  • Awesome! I'll be looking out for those features.

  • Oh dear! I feel like it's both. I hear it but do feel it. Sound likely. I over pronate. Wonder if one has anything to do with the other. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Didn't even know it was a thing. I'll do some reading about this.
  • Thank you all! Good to know I don't have to spend much to get a reliable one B)

  • Congratulations! Weeks like these will encourage going forward.
  • I have been warming up but perhaps not enough. Even though the exercise are super beginner it might just be too much coming straight from the couch. Thank you all for the tips. I'll proceed slowly. And continue eating as best I can :)
  • Yes it's when I applied pressure. Only on my left knee. It is just my first few days so I'm hoping it just not used to activity. I'll try just walking for now. Thanks for the tips

  • I'm not able to see the pics :#
  • Lol Love this!
  • The biggest thing I've discovered for myself is not having it in the house. I've heard this said for years, but I'm just now sticking to it. That is half the battle for me. My current issue is after dinner I crave sweets. Some nights I have peppermint tea with 2 sugars. And I'm developing a habit of having 1/2-1 cup of…
  • That is my exact goal at the moment. I'm in!. Been logging in everyday and feeling so good. My tips right now (at the very beginning stages) are to allow myself a treat (only if I'm really craving it.) Depriving myself has led to binging in the past. Working out with beginner videos on YouTube. Drinking only water…
  • I have them :( my husband doesn't care at all about them. I was really upset over it for a while, but I'm learning to just accept them. Being mad at them isn't going to make them disappear. You'll get to a point where they don't bother you anymore.
  • I've been loggin for 21 days and I've only lost 3.9 pounds but for the first time in my weight loss 'career' lol journey I'm not discouraged by this slow progress. I say keep going. In a few months time you'll be grateful you stuck with it. (I'm working on being able to say the same for myself) Be proud of yourself and…

  • I've found that green veggies keep me full for a long time. Try adding it to your meals. I add asparagus to my egg scramble in the morning. And stuff some spinach in my sandwiches. Best of luck!

  • I told my kids to hide it. Now I have no idea where they are and honestly am not craving them. Now the trouble is knowing they are probably eating it non stop themselves lol
  • Easter has taught me that out of sight out of mind is true for me. I hosted a big Easter pot luck and guess who has way too many leftover cakes, pastries and food. Ugh. I've been eating like an animal. Honestly so down on myself for undoing what I've done the past 2 weeks
  • It doesn't sound exciting but green veggies will keep you full for hours. I been making egg whites with asparagus (I was shocked at this combo but it works) for breakfast and it keeps me full for hours. As opposed to oatmeal, where by 10 am I'm ready for breakfast #2. Also for lunch I've been packing spinach and baby kale…
  • Well, if you're still losing that great! It's probably better for you in the long run of you lose with lifestyle changes that are maintainable for you. Try to make a point of sticking to your workouts but don't give yourself stressful guilt trips over not working out. Some is better than none until you're able to get back…
  • Story of my life. This week I've realized that veggies keep me full longer. My approach has always been to eat my usual foods but just a smaller amount, that always led to me with my hand in a cereal box late at night. Try adding greens (asparagus, broccoli anything you like) and see if it will keep you feeling full. Best…

  • They do shrink considerably, but it will eventually taper off lol. Don't worry about that my experience has been once you feel better all over that won't feel like an issue. Plus there are many many bra options nowadays. lol Best of luck!
