Juice Cleanse
Has anyone tried these? If so how was it? I was looking at a juice cleanse that locally owned and there's several different options. 1 day, 2 day, all the way up to 6 days. I thought maybe start out with a one day and possibly move up from there or just do a one day once a month. Any thoughts?

Not giving up
Just started again and feeling good so far. Wish I had some support on my diet and work out plan but I know I can do it either way.
