Grocery Shopping List
I'm getting some ideas for recipes and meals and am going grocery shopping after work, so I can begin logging all my food and exercise starting tomorrow. Any items that you guys buy as a "must have on hand" type of thing that I should be adding to my list? Thanks!

Hey out there. I'm 26 and need/want to lose about 30 pounds. I'd really like to find another woman in about the same situation that could be daily motivation and help for each other. I've started this many times and never gotten past losing 5lbs, so I'd like that to change. Keeping a daily diary isn't enough accountability…

Protein Requirement?
I'm just starting, and I've heard many different things about how much protein I should be consuming for a healthy diet for weight loss. Suggestions?
