Fiber vs Calories
A theoretical. If my goal is 1500 calories per day and I'm at 1460, would it be worth it to make myself eat something with lots of fiber, say chia seeds if it would make me slightly over my calorie goal for the day. Logging Squats, lunges, etc.
How do you categorize squats,lunges, and the like? Is there a cardio cheat on here so you don't have to do math or do you figure it out on other sources and add it to the strength section? I don't think I'd be correct in using "circuit training" because I'm not doing it in a quick, high intensity manner.

It's cold out!
Where I am... Does anybody else find it harder to get up and go to the gym when it's cold out? I'm trying to literally warm myself up with some hula hooping to get energy and to warm myself up a bit before heading out into the cold. I'm curious if anyone else does anything similar.
