How do you categorize squats, lunges, and the like? Is there a cardio cheat on here so you don't have to do math or do you figure it out on other sources and add it to the strength section?
I don't think I'd be correct in using "circuit training" because I'm not doing it in a quick, high intensity manner.

There is an option in the cardio section called "Strength training" I use this for my squats/deadlifts etc. although all of the exercise tracking is vague as everyone's heart rate is different doing these exercises so it;s not a definitive guide0

I have found that the energy it requires to log in individual weight lifts and movements on weight lifting day would require me to log my logging time as finger exercises
so I just way underestimate the circuit training time and move on to the next thing. But everyone's different - being ultra-specific is not important to me.
Editing to add: I would love to hear, though, if there is an easier, more efficient way to add it properly!0
