Logging Squats, lunges, etc.

How do you categorize squats, lunges, and the like? Is there a cardio cheat on here so you don't have to do math or do you figure it out on other sources and add it to the strength section?

I don't think I'd be correct in using "circuit training" because I'm not doing it in a quick, high intensity manner.

There is an option in the cardio section called "Strength training" I use this for my squats/deadlifts etc. although all of the exercise tracking is vague as everyone's heart rate is different doing these exercises so it;s not a definitive guide

I have found that the energy it requires to log in individual weight lifts and movements on weight lifting day would require me to log my logging time as finger exercises ;) so I just way underestimate the circuit training time and move on to the next thing. But everyone's different - being ultra-specific is not important to me.

Editing to add: I would love to hear, though, if there is an easier, more efficient way to add it properly!
