this is going better than I thought
I am new to this so any hints and tips for doing it right, add me and share.
1 week in, went over my calorie count yesterday and off out for a 50oz steak challenge tonight so think I will miss it again.
Anyone else just want to give this up and go back to KFC & McDonalds?!
Love food so need motivation. Not fat just want to loose a little weight for Summer.
