LOL I decided to "treat" myself with McDonalds a few weeks ago. Didn't go so well a couple of hrs later.0

You can eat there just don't eat there all the time. There is nothing wrong with eating anything occasionally. I did and lost as well still do and maintain.0

I'd rather make my own fried chicken and go to In n Out (if I was still on the West Coast *single tear*), but wouldn't have to give this up.0

Ain't nothing wrong with a bucket of chicken. They even have grilled now, so you can pretty much load up on protein without all the extra.0

I prefer Popeye's because it is spicy but KFC is yummy too0

It takes a month to beat a craving, but it's worth it. Also, maintaining streaks is kind of exciting. I haven't had cheese in 1 year and 2 months and I loooooooove cheeeeeeeeeeese0

I put it on everything, but then I didn't want to put it on everything so I wanted to get over the craving. And it's awesome.

I'll fit them into my goals. If not, I know it won't destroy the journey.
