Snacks....in a box
I'm working full time and a part time job too, i try keep my meals balanced to three a day but with my working hours I need some ideas to what i can have snack wise that low in the calories....so far fruit and yoghurt is what im eating but this is becoming rather dull now. :|

Something other than chicken??
I'm trying to keep to basic salads at lunch time, light and easy to make on a morning, however I seem to be eating alot of chicken as its easy and goes with a salad easily......any other suggestions that will keep a meat intake low on fat but high in protien? Thanks
