If you can eat eggs, this might be helpful.
You chop up some tomatoes/bacon/spring onion/cheese... what ever you like, and place them in a lightly greased muffin cake tin, about half a teaspoon full of the ingredients, then mix 6 eggs up and pour over the tomatoes etc, six eggs will make 12 muffins, then bake in the oven for about 15 mins, and hey presto you have 12 snacks, all about 50 cals each, but high in protein to keep you fuller, and no sugar etc.
I bag mine up in sandwich bags and you can freeze them too, then just grab what you need at the start of the day, they have defrosted by snack time.
    Just an idea x

Air popped popcorn, dried fruits, nuts, vegetable chips, coconut flakes. I love dehydrated green beans a lot right now.

It helps to dedicate a night to making up some snack packs. My husband and I weigh out the portions and ziplock them to take with us all week on the go. I always have something healthy to grab in my purse.

I don't know what you requirements are, but for me the quest protein bars are working. 20g of protein and only 1g of sugar. They also have chips that are 21g of protein and 0g sugars. I get them at vitaminshoppe.com

@MissTitch‌ It depends on your portion of nuts. Opt for buying bags of raw pecans or cashews that are not pre-salted, then toast them on a baking sheet in the oven, that way you avoid the added sodium.

You'll have to check out the dried fruit selection at your local super market to see what they offer. My favorites are mango, pineapple, apple rings, goji berries and strawberries. I try to buy dried fruit without added sugar. Oceanspray cranberries are the worst, because they add a TON of sugar!
