Trying to hang in
Still trying to lose that last 10-15 lbs. I’ve been working out and trying to eat a healthy diet. Doing HIIT twice a week... keeping calorie count under about 1,300. My next move is trying to increase protein. Any suggestions would help. Liz

hi!! I'm 63 and would love to lose about 20 pounds. I'm having trouble sticking to my diet and exercise routine. I am pretty active, but never get to the gym as often as I intend. I also get seduced by snacks too often. Looking forward to communicating with many of you. Liz
