Still trying to lose that last 10-15 lbs. I’ve been working out and trying to eat a healthy diet. Doing HIIT twice a week... keeping calorie count under about 1,300. My next move is trying to increase protein. Any suggestions would help. Liz

Are you losing weight slowly, or not at all? How slowly, or how long since loss? How is your energy level (are you sensing fatigue)? Any feelings of weakness, or are you feeling strong? How long have you been losing weight (how many weeks or months? How much have you lost in total? How often do you weigh yourself (daily, weekly, monthly)?

It would be easier to suggest things, with some of that info, plus maybe height/current weight/age.

It's pretty normal for the last pounds of weight loss to be slow (and should be relatively slow, for least health risk). With slow loss, those normal daily weight fluctuations on the scale (from water weight changes and digestive contents differences) can hide ongoing slow fat loss for a surprisingly long time. (I'd been losing super slowly for the past year - purposely slowly - and have had whole months where even my weight-trending app thought I was gaining or maintaining, but I knew I wasn't).

    Hang in there!
