Getting rid of the mommy pouch.
So after have 2 boys i'm now really trying to change my health and my life. looking to lose more inches than weight just because i prefer to be a little more curvy but one problem i have is the little pouch that we get after having kids. Anyone know how to get rid of that? Any secrets?

Suggested calories vs BMR?
So MFP gave me a daily goal of consuming 1200 calories but when I punch in my number for my BMR is says 1500. What's the difference?

Regular sugar vs. Fruit sugar
So I've had a repetitive problem when logging my food intake. I've been eating yogurt with fruit as a snack in between meals and even some veggies and the sugar levels rise a lot. Today was the worst. I dont want to skip a meal because it'll mess up my metabolism that I've been building. Any suggestions?
