I have been doing a lot of walking. Trying to get over 15000 steps a day. When you are given calories through exercise should I be using some of those or ignoring them. How to wear the Fitbit.
Can anyone help. I have a charge 2 with a heart rate monitor. I like to wear my watch with the face under my arm. Will the Fitbit still work properly. Please help!!

Calories - How many to eat to lose the weight?
New to all of this. I have been given a daily goal of 2100 calories. Should I be eating all 2100 calories or is it ok to eat less? I have been eating less, I have upped my exercise to around 5 miles a day walking but I don't seem to lose any weight. I am a type 2 diabetic if that has any impact. Please help!!!
