Is burning 1000 Cals alot?
I burn that at the gym Atleast and am currently trying to get to 2000 but so far I'm getting stuck at 1600 on cardio I never include weight training Cals but anyway is that good or just normal? How many do you burn? And how much should I be eating if I want to loose weight quick ?

Ideas on fasting
So i have had no appetite for the past three days to which I didn't eat a single thing until I got to dizzy and ate for the sake of it just to stop the weakness but I'm still not Hungry and considering I'm trying to lose weight is this really a bad thing or can fasting actually be good and will weightloss results follow?
