Cooking Oil Question
I'm sure this has been answered, but I'm too lazy to sort through all of these posts! I cook with vegetable oil often, generally around 2 tablespoons. Obviously I'm not actually eating all of that oil. How do I go about logging? How do you log your cooking oils?
