Heart Rate Monitor Accuracy for Motocross
Wondering if anyone here has used a heart rate monitor while riding dirt bikes, whether it be motocross, enduro, hare scrambles or just trail riding. Recovering from an AC Joint Separation, advice needed
On July 19th I had a bit of a crash in a race. Ended up with an AC Joint separation, two broken ribs, torn lat, pec, serratus & deltoid. I'm trying to help the recovery and have been told by my ortho to avoid surgery if possible. Anyone have experience with how to rehab to rebuild strength and stability?
