Anyone else going over the calorie goal today? I'm going over by 600 calories :/ Thankfully, even by going over, I'll still be under my weekly goal. Extra exercise will be added into my day today to bring that 600 down though.

I'm starting to get discouraged with weight loss after a month, so I was thinking of switching to maintenance and focusing on my fitness and being in shape for a month, then working on both. New and wanting advice, COPD and Shoes
hi there! I'm looking for 2 specific things. 1. I have COPD, I'm walking, doing sit ups and push ups, but what else would you suggest? 2. I desperately need new shoes for walking, and hopefully jogging some day. Any recs?
