Best time to go to the gym?
I usually go to the gym on a morning or on a night around 9pm. Today I was off work so went around 2:30pm. I did the same exercise for the same amount of time but found it really hard, still aching now. Is there a time that is particularly better than others? Thanks

Having a day off calorie counting today, just can't face it but feel so guilty

So far so good!
So after trying slimming world, 5:2, alternative fasting and calorie counting I'm back to calorie counting as it seems to suit me best. 2 stone lost so far with another 1/2 stone to go. Any tips/help greatly appreciated - good luck to everyone - we can do it
