Alright friends, I just received my Insanity DVDs and will be starting them on Monday. Is there anyone out there that has them interested in doing them with me? If anyone has done them, do you have any advice?

Exercises for climbing
I'm just starting to workout and my goal is to someday climb Mt Kilimanjaro. What are good exercises to get in shape for climbing? Any other advice is appreciated

3rd shift meals
Looking for advice from my 3rd shift friends. Typically I work days but I fill in on nights (6-6), any advice on eating. I find I'm probably not eating enough. Today I ate breakfast, slept through lunch, and ate dinner about midnight. What works for you? What are your go to smacks/ meals when you're behind?
