3rd shift meals

Looking for advice from my 3rd shift friends. Typically I work days but I fill in on nights (6-6), any advice on eating. I find I'm probably not eating enough. Today I ate breakfast, slept through lunch, and ate dinner about midnight.
What works for you? What are your go to smacks/ meals when you're behind?
