Putting weight back on
Hi I've been sticking to my gym schedule and my diet of 2330 calories. First 5 days I lost 2 pounds however after weighing myself today I have put the two pounds back on. It might be nothing but I was just wondering if anyone could give me some shine some light on this Thanks George
