Been dieting and working out but gained weight
ive been on a roughly 1200-1400 calorie a day diet along with five days a week 60 minute cardio and weight lifting regime for the past two weeks but I've gained like 3 pounds instead of losing any! Why!

How long to lose 25-30 lbs?
I am 24 5'5" and weigh 163 lbs. I have started working out about 5-6 days a week and burn roughly 490-600 calories each time I work out. In addition I have cut back on my calories to about 1,200 a day. How long will it take for me to lose 25-30 lbs?

Calories burned on spin bike
I am a 24 year old female and weigh 163 lbs. I spin for about an hour a day on a stationary spin bike at my gym. I spin with some resistance but not a whole lot and the machine says I burn roughly 700 in an hour. Is this correct?
