Fruit sugar
My meals allow me 25 my of sugar per day. If I eat 3 fruits a day, like all nutritionists say I should, I’m over 25mg of sugar. My question: should I not count fruit sugar?

help me fight the carb battle
I need your help. I`m searching for triggers to stop from eating carbs. I need more protein in my diet. I did do one thing that has helped a bit.....i made up a bunch of sticky notes and wrote Protein on them. Then i stuck them to the bags of carbs. Can you think of anything else i can do?
